Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.
Products must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Downloadable software products
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@cartridgeimporters.co.za or call 010-448-7665 to book your return. Please make sure you have your order details ready.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
You can drop off the item as our warehouse or ship the package to the following address:

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
In-store Credit:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If approved, an in-store credit will be issued to you. This credit can be used for future purchases at Cartridge Importers.
Late or Missing In-store Credits:
If you haven’t received your in-store credit yet, first check your email for the credit notification.

Exchanges
Exchanges:
